3 weekends during the year (Friday-Sunday, full days 08.00-20.00) we will meet at a studio in Stockholm.
You will be trained to unlock your deeper feminine wisdom and how to murge it with your inner masculine power. This feminine wisdom is already here, she is already awakened. It is time for here to be in her full magic and gifts. We will give you 7 keys in total to activate remembrance of your true self through the archetypes. To fully step into your heart and star essens. We will work with rituals, processes, body movement, breathwork, herbs, nature, guided meditations, sound healing practices and much more.
The fourth time we will end with a 6 day retreat in Northern Norway for initiations from the crystalline energy from the deep blue ocean held by the high mountains. Ceremonies, practice and integration of the whole teachings, practical healing tools, herb magick from the North and water initiation rites. A week of true sisterhood.

With more than 20 years experience of working with health, healing, chakras, shamanism, herbs & plants and holding circles, trainings and sessions for thousands of people. Annika has now a deep connection to integrate the shamanism from the south americas with our northern waters and mountains. In our waters up in the pristine nature of the high mountains of the north lays a deep wisdom waiting to be shared. These waters and mountains have been calling Annika to work with them.
Caroline Järgren:
Several years of training with Annika and assisting her groups, She masters shamanic practices and knowledge. Caroline now also holds the memory of Lemuria and Atlantis oceanic wisdom and is called to share this.
